Our Valentine’s Day giveaway: a free promotional video

Are you running an event in 2017 that you need help to promote? Do you want to promote that event on social media and get your message and story across?

Here’s what we’ll do:

We will put together a video to help you promote your event.

You will have a half day of filming, editing, and animated/motion graphics. We can present the video and/or interview key people too. The video can be 30 seconds to 2 minutes in length – ideal for social media and/or YouTube.

All free of charge.

If you need us to we will also write a press release for you to help you shout about what your charity or community group is doing.

Your video can be shot any time in 2017.

Motion graphic video for a Hollywood icon
We recently produced a video advert to promote a new Marilyn Monroe fragrance. With the launch of ‘How to Marry a Millionaire’ we were commissioned to produce a motion graphic video to help promote the new fragrance. The story was covered at Wales Online and in the South Wales Argus.

The opportunity to produce the video came after Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products developed a new collection based on the portfolio of 12 Hollywood film titles featuring Marilyn Monroe. The news of this was reported here, and the release of this collection has opened up several avenues for new product ranges.

‘How to Marry a Millionaire’

Bristol based fragrance specialist Designer Fragrances then launched the ‘How to Marry a Millionaire’ inspired women’s fragrance, and gift sets, into stores across Europe. The company already produces fragrances for Kelly Brook, Katie Price, Alex Curran, and CBB star Calum Best.

It is a massive honour for a local Welsh company to be able to produce a video for a product like this. As you can imagine, there are very strict guidelines for using images of a Hollywood legend like Marilyn Monroe.

Storyboard

We came up with a storyboard for the motion graphic video that drew on elements from the movie as well as showcasing the fabulously designed fragrance bottle. We used the film stills from the ‘How to Marry a Millionaire’ movie, plus other images.

Video is a powerful medium to engage online audiences and it will increasingly become a key part of any digital marketing strategy for businesses of all sizes.

With online sales and marketing a huge feature for any new product, Designer Fragrances were looking for a media company with the expertise to produce a video fit for a Hollywood icon. As we have wide ranging experience in digital advertising and motion graphic videos we were delighted to land this project.

‘How to Marry a Millionaire’ is available to buy in local high street stores and online.
